Entrance

Located in Florence, Kentucky just two miles from Interstate 75, you can arrive in your car or super stretch limousine by driving around our gorgeous island and under the beautiful awning bringing you to the front entrance. You are surrounded by beautiful landscaping adding to the ambiance of “Elegance Serenity”.

Foyer

As you enter the two sets of double doors you will notice the intricate etched glass. Be careful not to lose your breathe as you walk in and take note of the incredible glass chandelier hanging from the second level ceiling, dropping down through the ceiling of the first level in the cut-a-way with an equally dramatic view from the second level cherry wood railing. Also in the foyer you will notice the gorgeous marbleized floors and a beautiful woodwork. Beyond is a three-tier fountain of water surrounded by greenery. Although this alone might make for the perfect picture setting…there is more! There exist dual stairways rising on either side of the fountain with wood cherry railing. At the first plateau of about 5 ½ feet is a landing large enough for taking, what is sure to be, incredible pictures…use the stairs as well and get the whole wedding party in the pictures!

Of course there is wainscoting in cherry wood, crown molding and all doors in six panel stained cherry wood fashion. There exist a couple of coatrooms and two beautifully decorated, extra clean and comfortable restrooms on either side.

Upstairs Lobby

By continuing up the stairs from the foyer one will find a small lobby area suitable for just getting away from the crowd or enjoying the view to the downstairs lobby from the railing surrounding the dual level crystal chandelier. Guess what else is to be found off the second level lobby future, a room especially for the brides!

Bridal Room

Just for you, future brides, and your brides’ maids. A room set aside for before and during the reception event to change and keep your personal items. Enjoy this space, it is yours!

Grand Hall

Entrance via either side of the stairways into sets of double and six panel cherry wood stained doors, we give you our glorious Grand Hall. Seating for a minimum of 100 to over 300; this is truly a GRAND Reception Hall with all the amenities of warmth filled with elegance housed in 18-FOOT CEILINGS.

First, and this is a custom design based upon both expertise in the wedding industry and architectural imagination, is the stairway first level plateau…this plateau, which is accessed via the foyer, actually rests about two feet INSIDE the Grand Hall. Imagine this opening centered on 18-foot high professionally designed walls and complete with wrought iron and cherry wood stain railing. Talking about being the center of attention, this balcony is IDEAL for tossing the flower bouquet and garters, dramatic pictures and perfect for toasts and other announcements.

Special carpet borders around the entire hall

8 bright and beautiful chandeliers with candelabra style lighting

Two Real Fireplaces complete with cherry wood stain mantel, marble hearth and a marble wall around the fireplace, WOW!

Chair railing and crown molding throughout

A Bonus Room with an eight-foot ceiling fully accessible to the view of the entire room providing a great place for a buffet and seating. This room additionally is chock full of technological amenities including, closed circuit TV, Video Conferencing, Internet Access and Ethernet Hookups for personal computers.

Two bars located at the far end of the hall, recessed into the wall and between the DJ staging area

A DJ staging area and large real wood dance floor (which can be moved to best suit the wishes of the customer).

Shadow boxing along the walls and above the chair railing with a beautiful pattern match to the carpet and accenting the wall color

Pillars along the walls to add even more elegance and grandeur

Panels of wood moldings to add a sophisticated pattern to the lower portion of the walls

Niches in the walls with ceramic flower vases and intimate lighting

Reflective windows from the second level over looking the hall, one window is located in the bridal room for oversight of her domain

Speakers strategic located for ultimate sound and listening quality

TV’s for better viewing of video taping and special events

Sconces, both appealing to the eyes and complimentary to the chandeliers

In addition to the above-mentioned features, you have access to the patio in back.

Patio

At the rear of the building is a large patio with furniture and wrought iron fencing. Beyond the patio is a landscaped hillside with paths, an excellent view and place for picture taking.
